Parents & students, this is an important reminder that the Student Success Plan Assessment Choice Form is due next Friday, September 18!
Forms are being passed out to students this week during English classes for all 9th - 11th grade. The form must be completed and signed by BOTH the student and a parent.  
👉 Take a few minutes to:
• Review your student’s post-secondary goals
• Choose the state-funded assessment that best aligns with your plans after high school
• Review the available test options listed on the form attached below
• Make sure both the student and parent sign the form

Why is this important?

The Student Success Plan helps students make informed decisions about their future—whether that means college, the military, or entering the workforce. The assessment you choose can help demonstrate your readiness and may provide opportunities for college credit, career credentials, or other post-high-school pathways.
